24th Ramadhan

today is the 24th of Ramadhan..last week of Ramadhan where we should enhance ibadah to Almighty..pray a lot to Him n seek for His forgiveness and blessing...

i was at KOMTAR to buy clothes for amsyar n amni when received a call from my SIL informing that tok ki has passed away at noon...tok ki is ayah's father, hubbys's grandfather. he was 90 yo..yet i didn't know Tok ki well,i still feel regret b'coz unable to be with him at that time. he was buried on the evening. since we've already bought tickets to KT that nite,we don't have d chance to meet him for the last time...Alfatihah tok ki...

15 Ramadan

Alhamdulillah, it's d 15th day of ramadhan...since Ramadhan will end in 15 days more, this is d time to upgrade our ibadah..read Quran n give charity..

abah dh keluar wad..n d docs said it was dengue...but yesterday when i called abah, he said that he still not well.mm..i shoud buy supplement for him.

since mr hubby was not working on saturday, so we went to JJ Queensbay. need to buy clothes for amsyar n amni. woww...there's a lot of people there with the same intention, last minute preparation for raya..n since amsyar dh buat perangai + a lot of people, i just grab few clothes for amni n amsyar n a pair of shoes for amsyar. n all of them are about RM200...mak aih...mahall...tak beli kasut amni lg tu...me n mr hubby didn't buy anything for us...i think i should take a day off n go to JJ again, n only with mr hubby so we can buy our things without amsyar n amni. or going to parkson on friday's afternoon...

yesterday, we accompanied cu mie shopping at kompleks bukit jambul...we mingled around from one shoplot to another trying to seach ready made baju for cik endon...seriously, the price of baju kurung, baju kurung moden or even jubah were very expensive..there's no single shop selling baju kurung for less than RM100...for baju kurung moden made by sophy,the price is about RM250!!!!....yeah, i know that the it's made with quality fabric n material, but hello, i will not buy ready made baju for a price of RM200...i may consider if the baju is beautiful but the price must less than RM200... i hope the price will go down 2 days b4 raya...so next year, i will buy baju raya before puasa...

9 Ramadhan

Alhamdulillah, today is the 10th day of Ramadhan. 20 days more of fasting n Ramadhan n it's barakah will leave us..i hope that i'm still alive next year for another Ramadhan..

i want to share story bout abah. abah has fever since last thursday..n didn't take anything since that day..just a couple of drink and slices of green apple. he went to clinic and doctor gave him paracetemol for fever...i did not think much bout it b'coz abah always has fever...when i leave for penang on sunday, i asked abah to go to clinic if he's not well until tuesday. yea, he's a typical old man who doesn't want to go to clinic "tak payahlah..esok2 baikla"..that's his answer when we ask him to go to clinic. but on monday, mak forced him to go to klnik azzahrah. doctor took his blood n did a test and...yes it's DENGGI again.

mak immediately brought abah to hospital taiping n he was admitted. doc asked him lot of Q n whether he went to forest...my dear doc, we live in kampung n of course there's a lot of bushes n trees at our house..with chickens, biawak n big mosquitos too..it weird that abah has denggi every year, but not others. except syikin who had chikugunya twice while in shah alam. there's something wrong somewhere...does it happen b'coz of abah's age or aedes mosquito really like abah's blood..i don't know...
i rushed back to kampung when knew bout it...its a relief to see that he look well but i hve to wait for the med result..

2nd day of Ramadhan 2011

it's the 2nd day of Ramadhan.yesterday i cook 'ayam rempah 5' using the mix herbs bought at tesco.i just add some dried cendawan, carrot n baby corn into the sup. suprisingly, it taste good. after iftar, we went to masjid usm to pray terawih, my 1st proper terawih at mosque after giving birth to amni. amni was kind n did not play around. she just sat beside me n control her tears until i finished solat....hahaha.....
28 days more of ramadhan...which means that i have to prepare meals for sahur n iftar. since i'm not a good cook, i started collecting recipes so i can prepare diff meals for iftar n sahur every day.
last nite also 2nd nite of 'no pampers' for amsyar. actually amsyar did not wear pampers at day anymore, but still wear it at night. since he's almost 4 n will go to tadika end of this year, we agreed that he should stop use pampers at nite too. we've tried the method before, but failed. Alhamdulillah, amsyar passed this test..and he able to wake up at middle of nite n went to toilet alone to pee. yes!!!we don't need to buy pampers for him anymore...which mean i can save about RM50 per month.....that's my boy....
